When Ken moved to Duncan in 1992 to be closed to his wife's family, he left Ron
with their thriving business. He needed help immediately. After over a year of
having various salespeople take his pager for the odd day off and short
vacations, it became clear that those covering didn't have an acceptable level
of commitment, accountability and care to you, Ron's clients.
Since that time Ron has attracted some for the most talented salespeople to work
